Brass Magazine Rack Stand Mid Century Modern Hollywood Regency Vintage wood base

Mid century Hollywood Regency style magazine rack made with a brass base design and the platform made of wood.
Original brass patina, with a cherry color finish on the wood. Brass has not been polished. Overall the foot area measures 20½"x13"  and the wood base measures 15"x8”.
Unit has been wiped down but I will not clean it for risk of removing the patina that has built up-will leave that to the buyer to decide.
Item will be disassembled and wrapped for shipping to protect the unit and to fit it into a large priority mail box.  All brass pieces attach to the wood base with a regular nut, which can be reattached by hand or with a pair of pliers. There are 6 nuts total, which will be in a ziplock bag. Please see photo of the underside for a good view of how it goes together.
There is some slight scuffing on the rim if the wood base on all four sides (see photos). Other than that, it's in excellent condition.
I've seen plenty of brass Magazine holders but not too many with the wood platform.
