    Description

    Buying the pictured banner in fair used condition. Banner has a 7 1/2 inch rip through Halloween logo ( photo 5-7 ) and a small hole in orange field ( photo 8-9 ). Both can be repaired by flattening and taping with clear packing tape. Banner also has light staining on white back and small nicks ( photo 10 shows example ).
