    Description

    Pretty Torquay pottery perfume bottle made in Devon, England. This small bottle once held Devon Violets Perfume by Delavelle of London, and was exclusively distributed by Wallner & Mayer Inc. of New York. Now empty, the bottle still retains the scent of the perfume, probably from the cork that has been dropped into the bottle. The hand painted design is purple violets and green leaves on an off-white background. It has its original purple ribbon. This vintage (possibly antique) bottle measures approximately 2 1/4" tall x 1 3/4" diameter.
