    This auction is for a new pair of CPP residual valves. You get one 2lbs. valve for disc brakes and one 10lbs. valve for drum brakes all in one package!
    Features:
    2lbs. residual valve for disc brake applications
    10lbs. residual valve for drum brake applications
    Necessary when brake calipers/drums are higher than the master cylinder
    Act as a check valve to prevent system bleed down
    When the master cylinder is mounted lower than the calipers, such as in an underfloor setup, the brake system can bleed pressure, requiring the use of inline residual valves. Gravity and vibration can cause brake fluid to leak back to the master cylinder away from the calipers or drums, causing a loss of brake pressure. These valves will act as a one way check valve that prevents this type of bleed-back.
