I found one reference that called it Nunnakoma Park-on-the-Sound, but no owner identified. It was located at what is now Quannacut & Wayaawi Avenues). Advertised as 'modern' & included ballroom, glass enclosed porch, and a tennis court. Lawn extends to the beach front).
